Office Administrator

Freechoice Group is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to assist in the running of our busy Office.

The Role

The successful applicant will be proactively responsible for Administering all aspects of our Business including but not restricted to: Personnel Coordinator, Customer Service, Purchasing, Credit Control, Engineers Schedule, Health and Safety (Admin) ISO 9000 (Admin) Contract Liaison and Company Vehicles.

Hours –Monday to Friday 0800 -1700 with a 60 minute Lunch Break

Full Time

  • Holiday Entitlement 22 days
  • Salary Range: £16K -£18K

The Applicant

You ideally will be from a Customer Services Background and have previously worked within an office environment. The successful applicant will be proactive and receptive to learning new tasks. A full Driving Licence would be advantageous.

You will need excellent communication skills in both, written and spoken English, a good attention to detail, as well as a genuine interest in providing first class administrative support to a strong professional team. Proficient MS office skills and a sense of humour are essential.
